Solstice Roasers is a Cleveland based company that understands how important it is for children to be in permanent families. Rick Sheehan is the owner and operator of Solstice Roasters. and has been in the coffee business for more than 15 years. He and his wife have adopted two children. Adoption is a cause that is close to their hearts and they are excited to know that their coffee is going to positively change the lives of children.

Roasting Great Coffee

Solstice’s roasting process starts with only the finest green coffee beans purchased from regions throughout the world. The company uses an air-roasting chamber that brings out the natural flavors of their beans and allows for a clean roast. Solstice's coffee is roasted in thirty-pound batches or less. This micro-roasting technique allows for flavor customization, and quality control of the blend and roasting temperature.
